Jessica and I met a few years ago and finally caught up with each other for some family photos. It was threatening to rain the entire time and our backup plan was closed for construction, but we managed to squeeze in some photos without getting too wet. Thanks Jessica and Kris for the great session!
This was my first time working with this beautiful family from the west coast. I loved the way they played together and cracked each other up with knock knock jokes. The kids were especially cute playing together – these are great ages for family photos! Be sure to leave some love in the comment box!
Here’s another one from the archives. This session was in April and it was freezing, but they hung in there and had a great time. This family hadn’t had family photos in a long, long time so I’m not sure when I’ll see them again, but I hope it’s soon!
From the archives – meet Kellen who was a few weeks old at the time but now is 4 months old. His mom, Sarah, works at an incredible location involving horses. We had a great time there but Kellen was not super interested in sleeping. We did manage a couple of blinking pictures though.
Two year olds are wonderfully unpredictable so his mom and I weren’t sure how this session would go. He was lovely! I don’t think he stopped smiling the entire time. Even when he was frustrated he was smiling. Happy birthday Solomon – you are one handsome little guy!

We had never taken our kids to the ocean, we hadn’t seen my Mississippi dwelling dad in a very long time, and my kids were dying for some cousin’s from Oklahoma time. So we all congregated in Biloxi, Mississippi for a week. We opted to fly in late instead of waking up early. This was
