Nicole contacted me in November because she wanted to surprise her in-laws with family portrait photography for Christmas. They envisioned a session in her in-laws back yard because she loves her garden so we planned for late summer.
They had a shed everyone agreed was a nice backdrop.
They also coordinated their clothing really nicely with dark blue, light blue and white. To see even more ideas for what to wear during a portrait session, click here.
And also a nice bench in the garden, which made a great spot for snuggling with grandma and grandpa.
Sometimes grandparents don’t want pictures of themselves, but their kids want them! Nicole insisted.
Then she and Jerimie took a few of just the two of them. This is definitely worth doing!
At the end of the session Rhea jumped into her dad’s arms and asked for a picture, which became a series with her siblings each in their dad’s arms.
And of course, a few with just Nicole’s family. Merry Christmas!
