Last Saturday was the very first read through of the Listen to Your Mother 2016 Rochester production. I tried to get some video and audio, but unfortunately sneak peaks are disallowed. However, I am allowed to let you know that it’s every bit as awesome as last year with topics ranging from hilarious parenting moments to domestic violence. It’s like going over a hill a little too fast, or listening to your child say something totally unexpected.
This year, the lovely Monica Gebell who is also on the production team will be reading a piece about a proud parenting moment that didn’t turn out quite like she planned.
Christine will be sharing about her experiences with domestic violence.
Linda has a pee-in-your-pants funny piece about being raised by a mother who couldn’t pronounce her name.
Terri will be sharing about the experience of raising a transgendered child.
There’s so much more. Tickets are on sale now and you can purchase them by clicking here.
