It’s challenging to fit all of your belongings into two square feet of college dorm bedroom space, but somehow we managed to make it work. \u00a0I was scared, but unwilling to admit it, and Husna was one of the first friendly faces I encountered my freshman year at the University of Rochester. \u00a0She also happened to be my resident advisor.<\/p>\n
I was raised by two dietitians who taught me that eating meals is a social thing not to be done alone and it proved one of the hardest things about college. \u00a0One night I invited Husna to eat with me, she agreed, and here we are more than 10 years and quite a lot of history later. \u00a0It’s been a wild ride and I’m super thankful to have her in my life!<\/p>\n
