Nicole contacted me in November because she wanted to surprise her in-laws with family portrait photography for Christmas. They envisioned a session in her in-laws back yard because she loves her garden so we planned for late summer.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n They had a shed everyone agreed was a nice backdrop.<\/p>\n They also coordinated their clothing really nicely with dark blue, light blue and white. \u00a0To see even more ideas for what to wear during a portrait session, click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n And also a nice bench in the garden, which made a great spot for snuggling with grandma and grandpa.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Sometimes grandparents don’t want pictures of themselves, but their kids want them! Nicole insisted.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Then she and Jerimie took a few of just the two of them. This is definitely worth doing!<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n At the end of the session Rhea jumped into her dad’s arms and asked for a picture, which became a series with her siblings each in their dad’s arms.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n
